Read about how to upload and manage files in our support articles: Uploading Files and Moving and Copying Files
Transcript:
This video will walk you through how to upload and manage files in your Onehub workspace. In the previous video, we showed you how to create your workspace which is the top-level folder that houses your content. The first thing you'll need to do is open the workspace you want to work in. Once in the workspace, there are two main ways to upload and manage your files.
First, you can create a file structure within Onehub. Click on create, select folder, name that folder, and click the Create button. The folder you created will now appear in your workspace. Click on the folder. Now you can either upload content or create a subfolder inside depending on your needs. For now, we're gonna upload content. Click on the upload button and select the files from your computer that you want to upload. Or you can simply drag and drop the individual files you want in this folder.
if you're using Chrome as your browser and want to maintain a file structure, you already have in place, you can upload entire folders directly into your workspace. Just find a folder already existing on your computer, select it, and drag it directly into your workspace.
Now that your workspace to starting to take shape you can always adjust it to meet your needs by moving or copying files and folders. To move or copy items in your workspace, check the box on the right-hand side of the file or folder. Then click the move/copy button at the top of the workspace. A window will pop up asking you to select a destination. You can move or copy items to a different folder or you can move them to an entirely different workspace. Once you've made your selection click move or copy and your content will appear in that destination
