Read about managing notifications in our support article: Managing Notifications in Onehub
Transcript:
Onehub is designed to give you the tools you need to maximize your productivity. As part of that mission, Onehub features robust notification settings that allow you to adjust the type and frequency of emails you want to receive. Optimizing your email notifications is especially useful if you are a member of many different workspaces or if there is a lot of activity connected to your workspaces.
Changing the types of emails you receive through Onehub is easy. From the Onehub user Home, click "Settings" and then click "Notifications" from the right-hand menu. This will bring up your email notification options.
There are two main sections that control different functions. In the summary email section, there is a drop-down menu which controls how often you receive the summary emails. These detail all of your account activity and are sent on a chosen interval if new activity has occurred. You can choose to receive them weekly, daily, as events occur, or never. Additionally, you can opt in to receive emails about your own activity.
In the Email Types section, you can choose which types of instant notifications you would like to receive on a per workspace basis. Using the checkboxes in the email type section, you can choose which workspaces you want notifications from and the type of notification. Summary emails contain a recap of the activity for that workspace. These emails are available to users with Creator or above permissions. In a data room workspace, only moderators and above receive summary emails.
Comment notifications alert you whenever someone on your team adds a comment to a folder, file, message, or task in your workspace. Message notifications alert you when a team member has posted a message in your workspaces. File notifications will send you a note any time new files are uploaded to your workspace.
Select the emails you would like to receive and your preferences will automatically be saved. By adjusting your notifications, you can greatly reduce the number of emails you receive so you can better manage your inbox and get more done.
