One of the benefits of using Onehub is our straightforward and simplified pricing. This video will help you understand how Onehub's user-based pricing works. There are two types of users in Onehub: paid and free. While there are no restrictions on the number of users you can invite, their level of access determines whether they will be considered paid users.
A paid user is any account-level user, any user invited to three or more workspaces, or any user invited to a workspace in a Collaborator, Moderator, or Administrator role.
A free user is any user you invite to your workspaces at the Viewer, Printer, Downloader, or Creator role. Remember, if you invite a user to three or more workspaces they'll be considered a paid user regardless of their role.
Each Onehub plan includes a certain number of paid users. If you are on the Onehub Team Plan, you get three paid users*. If you are on the Business Plan, you get five paid users*. You can always check the number of paid users in your account by clicking on the Users tab from the Onehub user home. This will bring up a list of everyone you've shared your Onehub content with. Paid users will have a green dollar sign next to them.
To see why someone has been marked as a paid user, click on their name to see all of the account and workspace permissions you have granted them. You can modify any of these permissions directly from this screen.
Having a better understanding of your account structure will help you get the most out of your Onehub experience.
