Onehub provides a host of security features to help businesses protect their data. Read about agreements in our support article: Require Agreement
Transcript:
One of the benefits of using Onehub is the multiple layers of security we offer to protect your files. One such tool is our custom agreements feature. With agreements enabled you can require a user to actively accept a customized set of terms before they can access your content. Customized agreements are available to all Business Plan* subscribers and can be set at the workspace level, applying to every file within that workspace.
To create and set a customized agreement, sign in to Onehub and navigate to the workspace for which you want to assign an agreement. Click the Settings icon and expand the Security section in the pop-up window. Check the "Require Agreement" box. Below that you will see a block of basic terms text. You can use this text or erase it and create your own customized terms of service. Click Save. Your agreement is now activated.
When a user tries to access any file on this workspace, they must actively click to agree to the terms you set. You can go back in at any time and disable the agreement requirement. Agreements are just another way Onehub helps you secure and control your content.
