There are several ways to upload files to Onehub, including the Upload button, dragging and dropping files into your browser, or using the FTP Gateway. Onehub has a file size limit of 5 GB for the web interface and 20 GB for FTP.
Note: The upload option is only available to users with Creators or above privileges. If you do not see the Upload button, contact your Account Administrator to request access to this feature.
Uploading Files from your Web Browser
Files can be uploaded via a web browser by either clicking the Upload button or dragging and dropping the files onto the workspace. The files will begin uploading automatically after they are selected or dropped on the window.
Drag-and-drop uploads require a modern web browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, you'll have to upgrade to Microsoft Edge or install Chrome, Safari, or Firefox to take advantage of this feature.
Uploading Folders from your Web Browser
Current versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge support folder uploads. You can upload a folder of information by choosing the Folder option after clicking the Upload button or by dragging a folder onto the workspace.
Uploading Files via FTP
The Onehub FTP Gateway provides support for securely uploading files and folders with standard FTP clients. FTP allows you to transfer larger files more quickly and automate certain file management actions. This is often helpful when you are first populating your Workspaces.

Issues Uploading Files
Issues with uploading files can be frustrating. Here are some suggestions to help you resolve your file upload issues.
- Data not stored locally: If you are having issues uploading files from a network drive, SharePoint, or external media (USB drive), please copy the folders/files to your local disk and try again.
- Browser issue: Attempt the upload in another browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Clearing the browser's cache/cookies may resolve uploading issues.
- Block or security software: Uploading to Onehub may be blocked, or security software may prevent you from uploading files. Please check with your IT department to verify that any blocks or security software/settings prevent you from uploading files. You can try to log in and upload files from a different network not associated with your company (please ensure you follow your company's IT security protocols).
