In the Data Room and Enterprise Editions, Administrators can enable the Require Agreement feature in the Workspace Settings.
The agreement is fully customizable and will appear the first time a user enters a workspace. When a user accepts the agreement, they will be allowed to enter the workspace. The Activity Log will reflect when the user accepts the agreement. If a user declines, they will not be allowed to enter the workspace.
If the agreement is enabled after a workspace has been created, all existing users already invited to the workspace will have to accept the agreement the next time they access the workspace.
Enabling a Workspace Agreement
- Click the Workspace Settings icon in the upper right.
- Scroll to the Security section, click the Require a Workspace Agreement toggle to active, provide the agreement text, and click the Update Settings button.
Workspace Agreement in the Activity Log
The Activity page is updated when a user accepts the agreement. You can use the Activity page's Export feature to export the workspace activity to locate all the users who have accepted the agreement.
