With the Advanced Edition and above, Administrators can enable automatic deletion of files from the workspace after a set interval. Newly added files are deleted after the selected period. Files that were already uploaded to the workspace before the feature is enabled will begin their countdown from their original upload date and will be deleted when the criteria is met.
Important note: Items deleted via this feature CANNOT be recovered by Onehub Support.
Setting Up Automatic Deletion
- Click the Workspace Settings icon in the upper right.
- Scroll to the Properties section, click the Automatically delete files after toggle to active, select the time period from the drop-down, and click the Update Settings button.
