Onehub provides several ways to review user activity, including when a user last logged in to Onehub and when they last accessed a specific workspace. These dates are available from the Manage Users page, the user export report, and the Share window for each workspace.
Last Login Date
Account Administrators can view a user’s last login date from the Manage Users page. This date appears under the user’s name and reflects the last time the user signed in to Onehub.
The user export report displays the same last login date shown on the Manage Users page. To see when a user last accessed a specific workspace, refer to the workspace-level access information described below.
Last Accessed Date (Specific Workspace)
Account Administrators, Workspace Administrators, and Moderators can view when a user last accessed a specific workspace from the workspace’s Share window.
To find this information, click the workspace’s Share icon from the Onehub Home page or from within the workspace. The date shown reflects the user’s most recent access to that workspace only.
