Account Administrators can export a list of users from the Manage Users page. The list will include the user's name, email, last access date, workspaces, and the role they were assigned for each workspace. Workspaces that they do not have access to will not have a role assigned to them.
If a user does not have a workspace role assigned to them, this indicates the user does not have access to that workspace, or they only have access to individual folders or files within the workspace. Currently, the user export report does not support folder or file-level users.
Note: Only Account Administrators can access the Manage Users section.
Generating a User Report
- Click on your profile image in the top-right and select Manage Users.
- Click the Export icon. A CSV file will be generated, and a link to the file will be sent to your primary email address. Click the link in the email body to download a copy of the report.
