What are Workspace Pages?
Certain features within your Workspaces are housed on their own page. You can customize which of these pages are shown, as well as their order. Each Workspace mode has pages specific to it. The following pages are available for each Workspace mode:

Who Can See Workspace Pages?
Only users invited at the Workspace level will be able to view pages. Users invited to a folder or file will not see them. The Activity page will only display activity for users who have permission to see it.
How to Edit and Re-Order Workspace Pages
Administrators can edit what pages are displayed in a particular Workspace, even if default pages are set differently. You can also rearrange the order they appear in, and thus what page visitors see first when accessing your Workspace. Complete the following to update Workspace pages.
- Access the Workspace you want to make changes to and click the Workspace Settings icon in the upper right.
- Locate the Features section within the Workspace Settings (pages displayed are affected by the Workspace Mode). Enable or disable pages using the toggle and drag-and-drop the pages into the order you want them to appear. The page at the top of the list will always display first when users visit your Workspace.

Click the Update Settings button when you are finished.
How to set Default Pages for an Account
You can customize what pages are enabled in new Workspaces automatically. Setting up the account-level pages provides consistency across all your Workspaces.
- Set the default pages by clicking on your profile image in the top-right and selecting Account & Billing.
- Then click Theme from the left side navigation menu.
- Enable or disable pages using the toggle and drag-and-drop the pages into the order you want them to appear (pages displayed are affected by the Workspace Mode). The page at the top of the list will always display first when users visit your Workspace.
