If you need to transfer ownership of your account to another user, please send an email to support@onehub.com and we can transfer ownership for you.
Before requesting a transfer, the new user must already be invited (and have accepted their invitation) to be an account administrator.
Please include the following information:
- Name and email address of the current account owner looking to relinquish ownership.
- Name and email address of the user that will be taking over ownership.
- If the current owner is no longer available, you will also need to provide the current billing information of the account (last 4 digits of the credit card on file and the billing zip code).
