If the ownership of your Onehub account needs to be transferred to another user, please send an email to support@onehub.com with the information below and we can transfer ownership for you.
Ownership Transfer requests must be submitted by the current Owner of the account or by an Account Administrator on the account. Please ensure the request is sent using the email address you have on file with Onehub.
Before requesting a transfer, the user taking over ownership must already be invited (and have accepted their invitation) to be an account administrator.
Please include the following information in the email:
- Name and email address of the current account owner looking to relinquish ownership.
- Name and email address of the user that will be taking over ownership.
- If the current owner is no longer available, you will also need to provide the current billing information of the account (last 4 digits of the credit card on file and the billing zip code).
