Welcome to the new Onehub! Our new user interface delivers all the features that you love with a modern look. This guide provides you with an overview of the new user interface to help you settle in. We provide a visual comparison to get you started quickly and to help you navigate the new user interface.
The following images display the previous interface with the features marked with color-coded and numerical values. The lists below the images display the feature's name and the new feature name (if different) in parentheses. For example: Account (Account & Billing). The Account tab is now named Account & Billing.

New User Interface Overview
Onehub's new user interface shifts the administrative Home page links and user settings to a menu accessible in the upper-right corner of the page. The top navigation bar remains similar to the previous user interface and makes the Search feature more accessible and visible. The workspace filters and Show archived Workspaces feature are accessed through icons next to the Create Workspace button.

Account and Account & Billing
The Account tab is now named Account & Billing. The new Account & Billing page provides Account Administrators a place to review their account settings, integrations, security, plan, and billing information. The majority of the Account & Billing sections retain the same name and functionality from the previous user interface. The Summary, Plan Settings, Payment Information, and Transaction History have been consolidated into the Plan and Billing sections.

Users and Manage Users
The Users tab is now named Manage Users. The page layout is familiar with a few minor changes. The "Filter by user name or email" is now found in the Filter icon and the Export Users button was transformed into the Export icon.

Settings (User)
The (User) Settings remained the same but with a new look! The Information section was updated to Profile and the remaining sections retained the same name in the new user interface. Add a photo to represent your profile, manage your password, email address, notifications, and set your user-level security features.

Hidden Folders
The Hidden Folder feature is available through the Permission & Sharing icon. The new user interface requires you to click the Save button to confirm you want to hide the folder after you enable the Hidden by Default toggle. The Default Role is automatically set to Access Denied when the feature is enabled.
